I had a lovely stay in an ensuite double room. The warm welcome and stocked breakfast items made it feel special. entering the property through the garden could be improved as it was a bit messy, and parking was not directly outside. Still, it's great for a cozy and relaxed experience.

Rooms equipped with a good variety of breakfast items including croissants, cereal, and yogurt. Cozy setup with a separate entrance for easy access.

Bathroom not located within the room caused inconvenience, especially for late risers. Noise from creaky floorboards and external foot traffic disrupted sleep during mornings.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiles and the delightful aroma of freshly restocked breakfast items. The room was clean and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud.

Although the location is slightly hilly, making for some steep walks back from town, it's manageable for most. Just be cautious if you're carrying heavy bags.

Couples looking for cozy comfort

Room was clean and fully stocked with mini kitchenette items like milk, juice, and bread, which was perfect for late mornings in our pj’s. The hosts, John and Gina, were attentive, even providing slippers to help us feel at home while using the shared bathroom down the hall.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the value felt reasonable for the experience.

Just a good pick for a short stay in Guildford with very good value for money. I loved having the option of breakfast made to order, really set me up for the day. If you need parking, the nearby spots can be a lifesaver.

Our family had a delightful stay! The rooms were bright and clean, making it so easy to relax. We loved that the kids could enjoy tasty breakfast goodies every morning, and our hosts were incredibly welcoming. They even provided water and fresh towels daily.
